We all love and care for our dogs as cherished members of the family. However, even the best-behaved pets can occasionally have accidents that leave behind stains or cause lasting damage to our carpets. Over the years, we've tested a wide range of products in search of the most effective and carpet-safe solutions for treating common pet stains—such as urine, feces, and vomit. Through this experience, we've learned what truly works without compromising the integrity of your health and home. Below you will find our process explained in detail step by step. Check it out!
Our Process
1
UV Light Inspection
The first step in our pet stain treatment is identifying and individually treating the areas where urine may be present. This step is crucial, as some urine stains may not display the typical yellow color but can still be embedded deep within the carpet fibers.
2
Pre-sprays Solutions
The second step to successfully removing odors and bacteria from your carpet is using a specialized solution designed to treat bio-fluids. This solution works alongside our regular cleaning chemical, giving an extra boost to the initial treatment and helping to break down stubborn organic matter more effectively.
3
CRB (Counter Rotating Brushes)
The third step involves using our brushing machine. It deeply scrubs the carpet, helping to work the cleaning solutions deep into the fibers while also lifting any pet hair that regular vacuuming may have missed.
4
Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning)
For the fourth step of our process, we rinse and extract all the water and cleaning solutions that have been applied to the carpets using our truck-mounted unit and high heat. Leaving the carpet fibers soft and ready to use in about 4-6 hours.

When it comes to pet stains like urine or vomit, it’s important to know that not every situation needs the same treatment. In some cases, the urine is only sitting on the surface of the carpet, so it only requires our basic topical treatment. This means we add a special urine-removal product to our regular cleaning solution. During the pre-spray step, both products are applied to the carpet to help clean and treat the affected areas.
However, if the urine has soaked deeper into the carpet and padding, a more advanced treatment, such as subfloor extraction, may be needed. In those cases, we use specialized procedures designed to reach below the surface to fully remove the odor and contamination, ensuring the problem is properly treated at its source.

What else we clean?
Carpet Cleaning may be our main service but it's not all we do. We also clean Area Rugs, Upholstery, LVT, and Tile & Grout. Using our truck-mounted system, we’re able to deliver great results across a wide range of floors and fabrics.
