Cleaning Process

Pre-Treatment
- Stubborn spots and high-traffic areas are treated with a specialized cleaning solution to help break down soil and stains.
Agitation (if needed)
- For deeper soiling, we may use a gentle brushing machine or hand agitation to loosen embedded dirt.
Steam Cleaning (Hot Water Extraction)
- Using professional-grade equipment, we inject hot water and cleaning solution deep into the rug fibers, then extract it along with dirt and contaminants.
Rinse and Neutralize
- A clean water rinse is applied to remove any cleaning residue and balance the pH of the rug fibers.
